Refund policy
We have a 7-10 days Return Policy, which means you have 10 days time once after delivery of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When you request for the RETURN, customer has to bear the courier charges to send it to our address and the same charges will not be refunded.
(Please Note: We do not schedule any of the Return Pick Up or provide Return Label for any of the reason
and will not be Refund the Return Courier Charges).
Damages, MissMatch and Other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Kindly note that for any product mismatch or damages identified during the return or receiving process, we will only proceed with video footage as evidence.
Exchanges/ Replacement
Exchanges Or Replacement of the item can be done on request and reach us to care@sudarshansilk.com or Ph: +918041300306
For Bangalore customer can walk in to the Outlet Store (Sudarshan Family Store, Chickpet) for Exchange or Replacement if required.
International shipments
If the Merchandise is being shipped to the destination, you have NO rights to cancel the order at the time of Transit or Return your order at the time of delivery for any of the reasons. if that your order is not delivered within 20-30 days of time.
For the Exceptional situations will be intimated for the delay of order shipping and also communicated to follow up via email, Here before shipping, you have all the rights to Cancel the order and get Refunded.
Please note, if the customer avail the product STICHING SERVICE on request i.e Fall and Pico, Tussers or Blouse stitching for Saree, Return or Refund is not entertained once after delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
